Water Shutoff
Water is shut off generally on the first Tuesday of each month to permit residents to make scheduled plumbing repairs. Notice of exact dates and times vary and are posted on the bulletin boards above each mailbox area. Residents must contact Creative Management and inform them when scheduling plumbing work for these times.
Respect Among Neighbors
Living in close proximity, we appreciate the quality of life Wild Indigo provides us all. Please respect your neighbors. Be mindful of sound volumes and neighbor needs.
Your Board of Directors
Directors act as uncompensated servants on your Board. They ensure the financial integrity of the Association and ensure Maintenance Fees are judiciously managed.
NO ONE PERSON is the Board. All issues are voted upon by majority vote. The whole Board bears the responsibilty. If you have a disagreement with the Board, please do not single out any single Board member for disdain.
Remember that your participation is critical to effective management of our association. If you are unhappy with any issue, please come and express this at the next Board Meeting. Just please remember that your Board Members are unpaid and seeking only to increase the quality of life for ALL residents of property.
